ORDER PLACING
At this time Vitaminlab.net takes orders through our website only. We will be accepting orders through email, phone & post mail at a later date.

There is no minimum or maximum order.

BACK ORDERS
All products are normally in stock and readily available. However, although we are constantly increasing our inventories, it may happen that an item runs out-of-stock. If this is the case, we will contact you in regards to your preference on how you would like to proceed with your order.

PAYMENTS
At this time Vitaminlab.net accepts payments through it’s website and PayPal only. We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

PAYMENT SECURITY
Vitaminlab.net uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We do not have access to customers credit card information nor do we have the capability to store it, this is a security precaution.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges.

SALES TAX
For residents of the state of California, a sales tax of 8.75% is applicable (subject to change). If California residents are not charged taxes for any reason, we reserve the right to charge taxes even after a purchase has made.

SHIPPING
Vitaminlab.net ships Internationally.

Order Processing:
Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, when order is placed before 1pm (PST), unless a product is backordered, in which you will be contacted directly by us within 24 hours in regards to your preference on how you would like to proceed with your order.

Free Shipping Policy:
We give free UPS ground shipping within the United States ONLY, when an order reaches $89.00 (eighty nine US dollars) before tax and shipping charges.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from vitaminlab.net are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within two weeks (14 days) of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping and handling charges), if returned intact. Please note that if "Free Shipping" applied to your order and the order is returned, the shipping fees incurred by our company for your order will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

NOTE: Vitamin Lab is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned and received by Vitamin Lab within that 14 days for a full refund or a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Returns authorized beyond the two week period (14 days) will assess a 20% restocking fee.

"Free Shipping" Charges: Returned or refused orders that qualified for "Free Shipping" will be refunded less the shipping fees incurred by Vitamin Lab.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number). Please email support@vitaminlab.net an RMA request with the following information:

    -    Order Number
    -    Reason for Return
    -    Name of Person Who Placed Order

This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Boxes without this number may be refused at the cost of the shipper.

All returns are to be sent to our US Distribution Center for assessment. Please mark the RMA number on the outside of all boxes.
